Graduated with a BS degree in Psychology from the
University of San Diego, Ben has six years experience
with counseling and advising people on how to attain
their goals, whether in business or in life.

Currently licensed in California, he is the Sales Agent for
Auto Wash Brokers, Inc. in San Diego, Riverside, and
San Bernardino Counties. Ben is looking forward to
assisting car wash buyers and sellers in attaining their
goals.

Darryl was born in South Africa before immigrating
with his family, to the USA 16 years ago. He owned five
businesses in South Africa employing 150 people.
On arrival in the USA, he obtained a securities license
and began his career as a financial advisor for First
Union National Bank in Charlotte.

He moved to San Diego, California in 1997, and joined a
commercial real estate company representing various
business owners including car wash operators. Here he
obtained the knowledge and skills to evaluate, market,
and sell car washes in southern California. After 7
successful years, Darryl decided to obtain his own
California broker’s license and created his own
company, Auto Wash Brokers, Inc.

Darryl enjoys working with and assisting people
achieve their goals. His in depth knowledge of
businesses, experience in the work place enable him to
truly assist both buyers and sellers obtain fair value for
their washes in the market place.

Brian was born in South Africa before immigrating with
his family, to the USA 18 years ago. He has 37 years
business experience in owning, operating and
franchising units in the Restaurant and Car Wash
industry. In 1995 he personally opened and operated
two full service Car Wash facilities in Newport Beach
and Irvine, California before selling them and joining
Remax Commercial, specializing in the purchase and
sale of Car Washes, Gas Stations, Lubes and
Convenience Stores.

In 2007 Brian joined Auto Wash Brokers, Inc. His
hands on knowledge of the Car Wash Business and his
expertise in Commercial Real Estate transactions will
be invaluable as he assists buyers and sellers of all
backgrounds to realize their business dreams and
ambitions.
